The advertising appeal that is present in this ad is that if a girl wears this fragrance, she will automatically become "fancy" and "sensual," words that are emboldened in the tag line on the ad. Also, the fact that a celebrity is in the middle of the ad definitely caught my eye. If there was just an unknown face endorsing this perfume, I don't think I would have taken as much time viewing it as I did with Jessica Simpson. And honestly, do I really need this expensive perfume while I already have a few bottles of various fragrances sitting on my vanity at home? According to the marketers and advertisers, you most certainly do need this product, and if you don't purchase "Fancy Nights," you will ultimately not be socially acceptable.
